Cat currently works as a brand engagement consultant for Nurse.com. She was brought on in a new role on the Community team to humanize the brand and connect with the Nurse.com community using the same tactics she used to grow NIN. She hosts community grass root style events, as well as, attends corporate events and hosts virtual events.

Evolus
Cat is one of two approved social media and marketing trainers for Evolus in the country. Cat works with local Evolus representatives in an engaging workshop designed to help injectors stand out on social media and drive success for their business. She teaches them the art of creating authentic content that resonates with their target audience and boosts brand visibility. They create content in real-time, at the workshop, that drives engagement, while effectively tagging local reps and Evolus to maximize reach. At the workshop, Cat shares her inspiring journey from pediatric nurse to successful entrepreneur, resonating with many nurse attendees who can relate to her story. They walk away with actionable knowledge, tangible content assets, and the confidence to consistently implement these strategies. This workshop empowers injectors to create a lasting impact on social media and take their business to new heights, and most importantly become Evolus customers!
Nurses Inspire Nurses
Cat built Nurses Inspire Nurses (NIN) with a personal, boots-on-the-ground approach, hosting free coffee talks and meet-ups for countless nurses across the United States. This grassroots community building technique coupled with Cat's unmatched ability to connect with nurses quickly led to strong organic social media growth, forming the foundation of the large dedicated nurse following that NIN has today. Nurses Inspire Nurses was acquired in early 2024. Cat remains a minority owner, but is no longer involved in the daily operations.

We brought Cat on as a marketing consultant for our professional road racing team. Despite having little to no background in the racing industry, Cat did an amazing job revamping our entire racing website and merch program which quickly led to a dramatic increase in brand awareness and promotional value for our sponsors.
